Eggs-egg whites 10pcs
Cream of tartar – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – Refined, ram 1 cup
Eggs – egg yolk 10 pcs
Milk – condense, Alaska 1 1/4 cup
Butter – Dairy cream 2 tbsp

Jelly role pan
1. Combine egg whites and cream of tartar.
2. Beat until stiff but not dry.
3. Add sugar gradually.
4. Pour and spread it in the lined jelly role pan with butter in and wax papper
5. Bake until golden brown.
6. Remove as soon as it is well done.
7. Spread filling and roll.
