The Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF)   conducted a Personal Effectiveness Workshop Batch 2 for its employees at Buro-Buro Herb Farm last August 19-20, 2011. The Workshop was attended by the employees coming from Tanjay, Bayawan, Siquior and Dumaguete Branches. The workshop was divided into three modules:Self Mastery, Leadership and Teambuilding.

The seminar was conducted by INTRASPEC MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY with yours truly (Jojo Vito) being the resource person. The first batch which I also conducted was held at Scala Retreat House last June 10-12. 2011.

NWTF’s Training Manager, Ms. Tess Nunes together with the training Staff, Ms. Mercy Panisa and Ms. Cathy co-facilitated the seminar.
