Tropical Fruits are abundant in the Philippines.  One sure  way to earn a little more in this  summer is  Halo-halo business using these tropical fruits in season. To make a difference and to be healthier, one can avoid   using bottled beans, nata de coco and other preserved products.

Ingredients:

  • Sliced fresh fruits
  • Crushed or shaved ice
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • vanilla ice cream (can also use mango)

Directions
In a tall glass, layer the sliced fruits . Cover with enough ice to fill the glass. Pour evaporated milk onto the ice. Top with a scoop of ice cream
