TEAM BUILDING FOR PEPPER LUNCH- BACOLOD STAFF
Pepper Lunch , the newest Restaurant in Bacolod , just opened at the Central City Walk-Robinsons Place.Pepper Lunch is a DIY fast food service concept, with more than 200 outlets in Asia. The restaurant promises a dynamic and fresh culinary experience for everyone by presenting the novel concept of sizzling Steaks, Pastas, Curry Rice. Well, I still need to try, but they boast of their signature Pepper Rice.
Prior to its opening,I was honored to have been tapped as a resource person for the team building workshop of their pioneering Staff.
With goal of delighting the customers of this fun resto, all staff were trained to acquire the needed skills, knowledge and attitude to perform this task. Before the team building course, all staff were sent to Manila for a rigorous training so that they can assimilate the Pepper Lunch brand of service.
The team building session turned out to be really fun. As a trainer, I’ve got the opportunity to interact with each staff, and I can confidently say that they’ve got what it takes to provide excellent service. I believe that apart from their technical skills, they have a great attitude, necessary to be of great service to the customers.
With the attitude these staff, I am sure that dining at Pepper Lunch – Robinsons would surely be fun.
I’m a huge fan of Pepper Lunch! So this is why all their staff are always energetic and attentive. Team building is must for businesses especially those who has service as their nature of business. 🙂
It’s nice that Pepper Lunch do this. It will strengthen their team and unite them.
This is a great strategy for Pepper lunch as this would help them adopt and bring out the culture to their employees.
