QUAN DELICACIES AT SM CITY FOODCOURT
Have you been to the food court of SM City Bacolod lately?
I was quite amazed seeing the never ending good traffic seen at the SM City Food Court. Most tables are usually filled with people dining in. I also observed a good number of new Kiosks and stalls present at the area.
In my recent visit, I stayed for a while after having our quick afternoon snacks with a friend. One of the most noticeable stalls I noticed was the Quan Delicacies SM.
Native Food Products is the main specialty of Quan Delicacies. They have a wide array of mouth-watering comfort food which is perfect for any gathering, “pasalubong” items or as a snack or desserts.
Quan Delicacies is a popular brand in Bacolod City known for their Native Delicacies. While Quan has several stand alone stores spread around the city. I was quite amazed seeing the traffic of people coming to their stall. They never run out of customers!
Talking to their staff, they mentioned that could hardly rest due to the number of people buying from their stall.
Well, It’s not surprising that people patronize Quan Delicacies SM. Apart from the great tasting products, the company offers various items that are very affordable to the buying public. An ordinary employee or a regular student can already have their snacks from this outlet with a budget below PHP 30 or even as low as PHP 20. People around the food court are also buying their desserts from this stall.
Apart from the variety of dishes that Quan offers, this ready to go Arroz Caldo is also a favorite snack item available at most Quan Outlets

Amongst their new offerings are the “Sud-an” ( “Sud-an” is a vernacular term for viand or dish). “Sud-an” are freshly cooked dishes, packed in a ready to go canister and immediately frozen for selling. Frozen dishes are ideal for busy people, because even it stays in the car for a while it won’t get spoiled immediately.
