The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 6 or DTI-Western Visayas had recently held its Stress Management and Teambuilding Seminar-Workshop conducted at the Campuestohan Highland Resort in Talisay City, Negros Occidental. The seminar-workshop was conducted by INTRASPEC Management Consultancy team headed by yours truly being the Chief Trainer and Senior Partner of INTRASPEC Management Consultancy.
Participants in the Stress management and Teambuilding Seminar workshop was attended by the 85 Officers and staff of DTI – Western Visayas headed by its OIC-Reginal Director Ms. Rebeca Rascon. DTI-Western Visayas is composed of six provinces—Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, and Negros Occidental; and three cities—Bacolod, Iloilo, and Roxas.

Apart from learning sessions, the Stress Management and Teambuilding Workshop was conducted through a series of Structured Learning Exercises, games and outdoor activities. I have to admit, facilitating a seminar with a huge crowd like this was a big challenge. It’s good that I brought along with me two staff who ably facilitated the workshop.
I was amazed by the enthusiasm of the participants. Everyone boldly participated in the activities which were designed to make the entire event educational and enjoyable for everybody.

The entire training was really draining on our part as facilitators, but all participants were very appreciative of the activities and sessions – more than enough for me to recharge my energy. The beautiful vistas at Campuestohan Highland Resort and the cool weather especially during night time also added flavor to the seminar.
